  Johnny brought into Cafe Bionda. Incredible bottling.
  Gorgeous ruby color. Classy full bodied rich blockbuster California Cab.
  Tons of spicy blackberries, fully extracted pine and menthol.
  Beautifully young and ripe. Excellent oak showing, but not over the top for my taste.
  Creamy leather on the nose and palate. Awesome depth. Beautiful integration of alcohol and tannins.
  Acidity makes this a fantastic food wine. Highly recommend these guys for the price. Worth every cent.

  Opaque purple in color. Complex aromatics give a great first impression with notes of dark cherries, plums, dried currants, dusty oak, and roasted almonds. Some scents of chocolate as well. On the palate, this wine comes across as a youthful wine with dry, dense fruit and tannins. The finish is dry, full-bodied, and dusty which is a little off-putting for my taste. Needs some time to evolve, because the nose was just starting to show its potential at the 5hr mark.

  Needed a longer decant that we could give it. Super dark black fruits with great balance and full bodied without being heavy. Not as sweet as some might like. Acids at the finish need hours of decant but become smooth.
