  The wine was medium garnet in colour and had an aromatic nose of dried cherry, cucumber, underbrush, vegetal notes, a faint hint of tobacco and spices. On the palate, the wine showed sweet dried cherry, vegetal notes, spices, with good acidity and average length. The medium-bodied wine was a little thin and very evolved, probably five years past it’s peak, and did not provide much pleasure. Drink up. NR
