A: Medium lemon N: Medium intensity nose of apple, lemon rind, yeast, wet rock. P: Dry, high acid, medium body, medium alcohol, medium intensity and medium (-) finish C: The wine shows imbalance between the fruit concentration and the crisp acid. The intensity bolsters the wines quality and while the simple flavours and relatively short finish do not, the wine is a good quality everyday drinking wine. The wine was made for early consumption and is not suitable for ageing.
Should be more oyster shell minerality, length and intensity from Chablis and Chablis Premier Cru and Grand Cru.

Chablis Sunday: Visit to La Chablisienne, Chablis; 1/10/2019-1/11/2019: A precise bouquet of fresh green apple, greengage and wet river boulder. Good fruit weight for this level of Chablis. In fact, the palate a little heavy and coarse. contrasting with the finer bouquet. A reasonable Petit Chablis. Euros 9.50.

Tropical fruits and white flowers on the nose. Clean and delicious petit Chablis with nice minerality and acidity that makes your mouth water. Solid example of un-oaked, young chardonnay.

"Pas Si Petit", but I think it is "petit", but in its good way. It has everything that is required for a great wine, but just in a small (petit) dose, with a perfect balance, so it is very approachable, stimulating and easy drinking, perfect to start the meal or just to enjoy the life without being intellectual. Required about 30 minutes to open. Clean nose with tropical fruits, on the palate nice bitter note, dry, fresh and light, medium finish, was perfect with Tsatziki. To be consumed in its youth, 88+.

Very citric, fresh, it could use a bit more body and structure, watery
