I discovered this producer a couple of years ago with their L'Echalier cuvée. This is I think the top one. It's semi-sweet, with a fascinating nose of orange peel, lemon and light tangerine aromas. The attack is quite sweet, with strong flavours of apricot and peach, but then it evolves into something drier, with lemon and honey flavours and a very crisp finish. Delicious.

Coravined into Zalto Burgundy glass: Pale golden. Penetrating nose of citrus and stone fruits like sweet apricots, some florals.
Caressing palate, off-dry. Again a little ginseng extract, nuanced and elegant.
