The Vincent 2016 Pinot Blanc Tardive en magnum was super delicious. I recall some citrus, flowers, mineral and chalk with a light, lithe mouth feel. Excellent.

The color is as if the peel of a Golden Delicious apple had been liquefied and strained for purity; quite captivating in the glass. The nose and palate are somewhat honeyed but with lemon zest, candied lemon peel and fleshy apple. The finish is more almond and candied lemon. The exquisite balance and round mouthfeel make this a delight to hold in the mouth and roll across the tongue. Drink now or hold. 13.4% alc. From magnum. With shrimp spread and Meadow Creek Appalachian cheese. 12.24.22. Recommended with a glance toward Highly Recommended.
