To me this is a very classic CDP profile. I was scared by the 15% but it was well balanced. The nose is shy but herbal. The palate has what I look for in a CDP: game, herbal, earth, red fruit, a bit of licorice. Not the most complex or potent, but a good qpr none the less.

With a strong garrigue and herbal leaning, you also find sweet, ripe, red fruits and loads of olive tapanade in the medium bodied, round finish. The wine was made blending 70% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 5% Mourvedre, 5% Cinsault and 5% Counoise.
