Sweet soy, spicy oak, not quite integrated yet. After 3 hours, more open in the glass with ripe raspberry and strawberry fruit and cinnamon spiciness, still that hint of soy in the finish.

Opened my first bottle from a dozen to see how it's getting on. Tasting a bit backwards and not quite ready yet, but enjoyed the bottle nonetheless. Glacee cherries, a stony minerality, oak and plenty of freshness. Decanted and tastes about ready to come together.

Dark brambles and rosemary. Both fruity and firm. Very drinkable.

Mid weight, very drinkable pinot noir tending to the darker side of things. Heavier straight out of the bottle but continued to soften over two hours.
