  Haven't had this bottling in over 3 1/2 years. Yeasty, minerally, and citrusy character. Limes, stone fruit, and citrus pith notes are backed by a consistent bead, impeccable freshness, and a refreshing prick that doesn't fade.

  Quite yeasty. Acidity is quite sharp and acid reflux inducing but could be worse. Fairly tropical. Bubbles are fairly subdued relatively speaking. Good entry level bubbly.

  A perfectly good sparkler. More fruity than bready/yeasty with a rich mousse. Nothing special or overly complex, but rewarding at my $17 USD price point.
