Despite its youth this drank well after an hour's decant. The characteristic flavours came through with hints of future complexity. I will keep my other bottles for 3-5 years before trying again.

By the glass. A very complete Cornas, abundant and concentrated on the one hand and elegant and sweet on the other. Aromas of plums and blackcurrants. Good length and delicious aftertaste. My type of Cornas but needs to rearm its acidity.
Por copas. Un Cornas muy completo, abundante y concentrado por una parte y elegante y dulce por el otro. Aromas a ciruelas y grosellas negras. Buena longitud y delicioso postgusto. A falta de acidez, el tipo de Cornas que me va.

Tasted blind; dark core with bright violet rim; loads of black pepper and strong reduction, with air the tar becomes a little less dominant, black fruit, brooding, green peppercorns, whole cluster, obviously super young Syrah; angular tannin, dark purple fruit, some grain to the texture, youthful acid, powerful N Rhône, whole cluster; years from being ready, lots of pent up fruit and power; called ‘15 Barruol Lynch Cote Rotie.

Très terreux. Tannins fermés. Probablement trop jeune. Décevant.
