Collaboration of French chef and winemaker which surprisingly is a great joint venture that produced a very good wine. Lovely tropical notes on the nose with hints of flowers and vanilla. The palate is lush but not too oaky or flabby as the acidity is present to keep it fresh. Medium long finish. Would pair with a white baked fish.
