  93 % Syrah fra ca 30 år gamle planter (Gneis) og 7 % Viognier. 80 % av druene avstilket. Gjæret i store epoxybelagte betongkar, 3 ukers maserasjon med pumping over cap. Deretter 20 måneder på 2-6 år gamle franske eikefat og klarnet med eggehvite før flasketapping. 2016 fikk 95 poeng fra Wine Enthusiast og 2015 93 poeng hos The Wine Advocate. --Feminin nese med blomster, rødbær, og litt pepper. Silkeglatt munn med blomster, krydder, litt tobakk. Frisk, ren og deilig, med bra finesse. Litt tight flaske ifølge Benjamin. 90-91

  Light in color, medium bodied, forward and perfect for early drinking, the sweet, ripe, red berries also carry a bright, even tart quality. With this wine, you can look forward to a crisp, racy, almost nervous note.
