  Aging exceptionally well for eight years old. A very nice balance and integration of soft butter and oak--you don't miss it, and it's also not overly prominent.

  Bit of a faint nose...some yellow apple & pear, an interesting herbal note (dill?) and touch of florals. Med+ body rings fleshier fruit and notable acid cut with med length.

  pretty darn nice, benefitting from the aging so far... probably getting near peak but still has a little of aging improvement (I think), light and bright, not rich in any way... felt like it was just missing something
