  Pale straw. A tightly wound but seemingly uncomplicated nose offers fresh green apple, honeydew melon, lemon, double cream, buttered toast, and a background note of reductive minerality. Racier and more energetic on the palate, medium+ bodied with medium+ acidity driving tarter flavors of apple, grapefruit, lemon peel, chervil, toast and crushed river rocks. I'd give this six to eight months to unwind.
