醒酒器两个小时，淡金黄色，闻香有明显的青草气息，奶油香气，入口酸度高，酒液咸，白花辛辣混合着青草气息，酒体强劲，结构漂亮，在杯中还不断变化，慢慢多了一层芝麻香气，余味是饼干和奶油。标准的波尔多混酿干白葡萄酒的味道。
