Blind Tasting - New Zealand Dry Riesling (Flat Bush, Auckland): Dry Palate, ginger and grapefruit, a little bitterness. Serious and austere, solid acidity backbone, however it’s not a riesling pleasing ladies, rated very low by the group. I like the weight and good structure.
RC 18.5, MC 4.5, BC 93. Alc 14.0 %, TA 7.8 g/L, RS 3.7 g/L
Ap 5/5, Ar 12/15, Palate 17/20, Overall 3+3/10 Total 90/100
