Drinking window started, still some Tannins, you night prefer half an hour of air depending on the meal. Absolutely enjoyable. Shows power, a fruitful experience.

Unusual nose of dark berries and plum, med intensity, but very deep, profound, like a Pessac Bordeaux style, still a bit lactic, oak is fine end now integrated into some light spices
Palate is grippy still but with excellent mineralogy, graphite, med + alcohol, med+ tannins, long chocolaty aftertaste, with loads of currant and blackberry... salty and sour in the end making it a vary Interesting wine indeed ...
drinking window around now + 5/7 probably

One year after the last tasting: still tannins to go for some more years, but is becoming much smoother this time, especially after decanting an hour or so. After that, quite nice to go with meat. However, I'll give it some more rest. (Remark: maturing in a wine cabinet)

Still quite some tannins left. Has much more potential! Best (round, balanced tanins) 5 days after opening (stored in fridge, vacuumed). There is light sediment in the bottle. Excellent wine!

Bottle was Coravin-ed for a few months. Still great to drink. Tanins left. No need to rush!
