  PnP. This was unexpectedly both charming and beguiling (early on). Translucent reddish brown (age). Nose had dark fruits, tobacco, earth, attractive stem (green) notes and leather. Palate had light plus fruit with a flat silky texture. In balance acidity and light tannins that played mostly at the finish. This evolved slightly during the first evening, with different aspects taking more prominence at different times. On nights 2 and 3, this was a ghost of itself with the main feature being tobacco and the remaining tannins feeling harsh without the silky fruit. A little past its prime, but handled with care this can be a treat.
