Dinner at Cafe Istanbul (Chicago, IL): You know what? I wish they actually stopped the fermentation sooner so that this would have even more sweetness and less alcohol. In any case, it's definitely an odd duck of a wine, with its high alcohol and waxy textures. More interesting than good.
