Two bottles tasted exactly the same, so I don’t think there was an issue with the screw top or bottle. Overwhelming smell of plastic/PVC and a very chemical aftertaste. We put both bottles down the drain.

To celebrate International Riesling Day, I opened a tasty and interesting one from Oregon.
Dry on the palate with lemons, diesel, minerals, earth, red and yellow apples, spices, pears, light pineapples and guava.
Medium plus in body and elegant, with pretty legs.
Showing nice complexity with a nice mouthfeel.
Tangy finish with limes. Crisp and refreshing.
This 4 year old, Single Vineyard Riesling, is drinking very nicely now. Would be nice to revisit it in 3 years.
Tasty and easy drinking, but also intriguing.
I had it by the pool.
12.5% alcohol by volume.
90 points.
$32.

Pale lemon in color with a green hue.
Strong nose of diesel, lemons, apples, pears, pineapples, minerals and spices.
Medium bodied with medium plus acidity and fat legs.
Dry on the palate with limes, citrus, green apples, light grapefruits, vegetables and bitter herbs.
Long tangy finish with almonds.
This is a very interesting Riesling from Oregon. A little spicy with earth notes. Really enjoyed the nose here.
A good quality wine. Will be interesting to revisit it in 5 years.
Tangy and refreshing, and good by itself or with food.
I enjoyed it all by itself, by the lake.

Last bottle. A great change of pace from Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Drinking well right now.

Drinking very well. Notes of honeysuckle, apricot and spice. Tastes of Meyer lemon and honey. Very balanced acidity with light minerality.
