7th Anniversary pour. Enjoyed a glass as an after dinner apertif/desert. Nice straw color, chilled. Aromas of honey, mead, lemon. Seemingly lightweight, there is a nice medium body mouthfeel to this sticky. Pungent lush flavors of honeysuckle, lemon, sweet raisin, syrup and marmalade co-mingle to provide a flavorful, enjoyable quaff. Good sweet juice here.

Last of four bottles. Had a drink now flag on it, but it was still quite fine. Aroma of peaches and not too sweet. Will seek out more next time at Raymond.

Golden hue with medium viscosity. Aroma of orange blossom, dried apricot with passionfruit and mango and botritys honey accent. On the palate, uba tea and mild creaminess leads the medium pineapple-like acidity that lingers towards a long finish. Elegant fruit bowl bouquet compensating lack of defined character on the palate which makes it a pleasant but simple desert wine, giving it an impression of Auslese made out of Chardonnay minus the minerality with good balance. I like it.
