Opened after their 2015 (see my note). Dark cherry. Meaty, almost gamey, robust for Burgundy. A figgy sweetness - if you'd told me it was a grenache I'd probably have believed you. I have limited exposure to Oregon pinots but this reminded me of those. Interesting and, as it opened over a couple of hours, increasingly well-balanced and enjoyable. Drink over the next two or three years.
