  This bottle never soared, delicate, medium body, slight bouquet not that gorgeous one, light color, earthy, maybe the age is catching up to the fruit, nice sipping, drank with seared tuna, rock Cornish hen and couscous, last bottle, still it it hard to find such a subtle pleasurable bottle of wine that does not not want to overload the senses.

  Similar to prior bottle, delicates seamless balance of tannin, acid , fruit, and earthiness, great bouquet, light red color, complex, drank with loin lamb chops, hummus, spinach pie, eggplant etc., medium body but ethereal, when DDO gets it right wines soar. One more bottle to go. Drank easily but tried to sip slowly.
