A complex Burgundy with notes of Almond, Pear & Lemon. Acidity helps pull all the flavours together and gives a clean refreshing balance. Finishes long, soft & full of fruit - peach & almonds with a hint of honey. An excellent partner for bakes Sea Bass.

Golden straw in color. Medium-low viscosity. On the nose, pear, apple, hint of melon, slight notes of nuttiness, toast, and butter. On the palate, similar notes of pear and butter, wine lees. Great balance: still a strong acidity yet a creamy, fruity finish. Medium body, medium-low alcohol, medium-plus acidity. Could definitely use several more years in the cellar before its true potential is revealed.

Color: rich golden yellow. Nose of river rock and cantaloupe (not trying to be pretentious) hard to pull a specific aroma, but nice. Deep aroma,Pear?
Taste: Stone jumps out, a nice appealing mineralogy. A hint tart. Lemon.
