  Pleasing powdery acidity! Nose betrays its Gewurtztraminer parentage (by way of Siegerrebe): Turkish delight, lychees, saffron, lime rind, muscat, peach. Palate is aromatic, floral (elderflower, apple blossom), a little residual sweetness. Full of bright fruits (peach, persimmon, gooseberry, Gala and Granny Smith apple) and vanilla custard. I’m enjoying the balance between acid on the one hand and fruit/sweetness on the other.
