  • Lovely lightly cherry colour. (Specificity of Pinot Noir)
    Fine and delicate nose. It develops undergrowth notes as humus and red fruits notes.
    On the palate the wine is fine and delicate. Seducing fresh strawberries and cherries notes. Fine, delicate and silky tanins.

    Fresh goat's cheeses as Rigotte de Condrieu, or aperitif moment or exotic grilled meats that will delight your palate with the Mercurey Premier Cru 'Clos l'Évêque' 2015.

    It can be served from now at 13-15°C or kept in cellar for 3 to 5 years.
