Deep ruby color. Medium acidity, very mellow tannins, medium(+) body. Vanilla was the primary aroma and taste, with a smooth, baked blueberry and baked plum fruit profile. Easy to drink and pretty tasty. Good QPR.
Much worse on day 2. Tart acidity, tannins seemed sharper and were far less pleasant. Balance was way off.

Much better than the chardonnay. This is slightly simple, smooth, and mostly fruit. But it's not offensive, and was perfectly pleasant to drink on a thursday.

Day 1: Simple but good. Cherry, plum, strawberry, spice and minerals. This is a crowd pleaser with no harsh edges. Great QPR. 87 points Day 2: Solid on day 2. Fruit forward with some nice spices on the finish. Medium finish. Really a well made wine for under $10. 87 points

Day 1: Light/fruit forward style. Cherry, plum, mild oak, vanilla and wafer. Short to medium finish. Lacks acidity but drinkable. 84 points Day 2: Better on day 2. Smoke, cherry, plum, oak and earth. Much better and this needs some cellaring. 87 points. Day 3: For a wine under $7 can’t beat it. Juicy fruit and nice smoky flavor. Medium finish. 87 points Recommendation: Buy!
