  醒酒器醒酒2小时，有着非常开放而成熟的香气，蜜饯橘子、熟白桃、水蜜桃、蜜瓜、黄桃奶昔、芒果粒和轻微椰丝等，构成了庞大的躯体，周遭又有矿物感，牵拉整体，使之紧致而有体态，香艳、丰腴和严肃结合，薰衣草、干马鞭草、轻微木质萦绕后段，带来具有纵深感的收尾。口感大气有力，有着很好的浓郁度，结构大，结构感好，轻微的油润感、细腻光滑但富有强度的萃取感让整体的果味悬浮起来，显轻盈，橘子皮、蜜饯桃子、葡萄柚、黑醋栗、酸苹果等等，带着鼠尾草、香荚兰、粉胡椒、新鲜百里香之类的香草，收尾很悠长，矿物感细致复合，略带温暖感，余味萦绕着白花香。
  
  到了4小时时，发展出更成熟而复杂的果味，表现出些许热带果和果脯的特征。而到了6小时，香气和口感到了全盛状态，淡奶昔和石灰矿物构成的棉衣里，有着变化多端的果味，若橘子硬糖、新鲜成熟的黄桃等等，口感宽阔有力，大开大合，多了些许金银花和接骨木花糖浆味。95-96/100

  I was in 2017 and Keller but guessed more HUbacker. Better than about one month ago. Very tight and focussed with the austere style of 2017. More lime and saline than tropical fruits. 96

  we had the opportunity to drink 12, 13 and 17 of hipping (Thanks Ingo). 12 is too sweet, 13 is more structured and 17 is the best wine because of style change (Keller) and the vintage. 95

  Slightly reductive with a neat masculine expression with darker deep white / yellow fruits, great salinity, stone and some buttery nuts. Pretty rich wine with great touches. Spreads out with gorgeous stone fruits and light citrus. Really fresh acidity that delivers. Can probably get more complexity, but this was good. Best Hipping? 93 points.
