Return to Aus; 6/23/2019-7/5/2019 (Adelaide, South Australia wine regions, Tassie, Yarra, etc.): 50/50 blend of Pinot and Chardonnay in the traditional method. This had some of those harsher bubbles that I've been finding in a lot of Aussie sparkling and which I think distracts from the overall wine. There's a touch of sweet and a bit of brioche. It's got more body than the de Bortoli we had earlier in the day, but I'm more inclined to prefer the Este to this.
