Medium lemon colour. Medium and developing nose with ripe green apples, ripe peach, ripe apricot, ripe lemon, chalk, wet stone, mint, fennel, chalk and salty sea. Medium taste of ripe green apples, ripe lime, ripe peach, fennel, wet stone, chalk and salty sea. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good Chablis Premier Cru. Drink now or over the next couple of years. Goes well with fish or shellfish.

Had at the British Air lounge at Heathrow. Initially it was served too cold but upon warming it opened up considerably smooth out and took the rough edges off. Nice lemony fruit touch of oak perhaps a little Yeast. Good acidity. Very much Chablis. Pleasant at least when you are jet lagged.

By the glass at the BA lounge, London. On the fresh side of the opened spectrum. Quite a firm wine, good acidity, good use of oak which felt like old wood, greenish citrus edge, fresh zesty wine with lots of palate presence. Pretty solid albeit had a touch of a bitter feel akin to a Rhone white at times. Solid 89
