  • - Brick color with medium forming legs. It's balanced with a full body. Fleshy texture with a long finish - Exceptional drink will last several years more but a huge enjoyment drinking now!

  • Interesting wine. 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Monastrell sweeter than most cab blends — Vanilla , boysenberry, oak, liqueur. Silky. First glass better than the second and third.

  • Kleur: Diep ondoordringbaar donkerrood. Aroma / bouquet: Jammer van het vleugje kurk… Gelukkig is het aroma nog gedeeltelijk waarneembaar… Donker bouquet, zwarte bessenjam, gedroogd fruit, donkere kruiderij. Smaak / Afdronk: Verfijnde, zachte zuren. 50 + Kleur: 5 + Aroma / bouquet: 12 + Smaak / Afdronk: 18 + Algemeen / potentieel: 9 = 94/100

Colour: Deep impenetrable dark red. Aroma / bouquet: Too bad about the hint of cork… Fortunately, the aroma is still partially perceptible… Dark bouquet, black currant jam, dried fruit, dark spice. Taste / Aftertaste: Refined, soft acidity. Powerful, mouth-filling and concentrated wine. Beautifully matured, licorice tannins that provide a wonderful balance and a long finish with a refined bitterness in the final. General / Potential: Shame about the hint of cork… Without it this would be a seriously great wine. 50 + Color: 5 + Aroma / bouquet: 12 + Taste / Aftertaste: 18 + General / potential: 9 = 94/100

  • Dark red with bricky hues showing, 19 years in age. Cherry, violets on the nose. Dark fruits on the palate, bitter and sweet damson plums. Bit of new world big flavours. Some secondary flavours of pencils coming to the fore. Well balanced and medium finish. Flavoursome wine and should continue to drink well for another decade.

  • A wonderful wine with notes of dense dark fruit, blueberry, glycerin, and hint of spice with soft well integrated tannins. Very long and satisfying finish with great mouthfeel. Wish I had more!
