Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • {screwcap, 14.5%} Pretty dull stuff. Nice enough nose of stewed plums and that Oz-grenache bubble gum/banana/sweetness, but the palate seems remarkably hollow, with only the faintest of dusty tannins, fading acidity, and a short finish. There seems so little flavour compared to the nose; you get the impression it's going to be a hefty wine then it just disappears like a smoke ring. Meh.
