  • This wine, with its medium golden color, has on the nose very pronounced aromas. It presents notes of green apple, grapefruit, petrol, honey and beeswax. On the palate, it presents a high acidity and a medium body, with additional hints of lemon zest. The flavors are also pronounced. Its finish is very long. It has truly benefited from aging (compared to my tasting note from 15 October 2021). The wait was worth it. A really great GG. Glass I used: Zalto Universal.

  • Third bottle from a half case purchased from the Dutch importer in 2018. Mature but lively appearance, pink grapefruit, lime zest and honey on the nose, deep spicy minerality; quite a broad style on the palate, with rich grapefruit, but the acidity is vibrant and skin bitters provide grip; the finish has truly excellent drive and length, hint of aniseed. It needs time in the open bottle or the glass to show its energy and precision - looks like it still has a good future. Strangely, it feels tired and hollow on the second day. Must retaste.

  • Prominent notes are acidity, dusty and stony minerals, yellow citrus and perhaps some green apple. Overall a good wine, but I believe it would have benefitted from a bit residual sugar. Slightly unbalanced. Quite long.

  • medium golden colored / nose: intense, mirabelle, pear, crushed stone / palate: medium+ and very well integrated acidity, medium bodied, good but not very good length, green apple, lime / overall: I was surprised and somewhat disappointed in particular because of the complexity and length. Reading the other reviews, I have to assume that the wine is just at a difficult stage. That is why I do not rate it. I will open the next bottle in two years at the earliest.
