Susumaniello is the buzz grape down in Puglia at the moment. Often blended away the current trend is to make it stand alone. This is pretty rich, smooth and velvety, lots of red cherry fruits and spice. Vanilla and mocha is pretty prominent. Tannins are soft and rounded but full bodied.
Crowd pleaser! rich and smooth, super easy drinking now, but I would be interested to try this in a few years to see if it looses some of its exuberant side and develops a more savoury side.

Shows ripe black cherry and damson plum aromas on its nose. Rich, round and supple with persistence and a good lift bracing acidity.
