Opened at my brothers wedding! The night was a bit of a whirlwind but this I thought showed to be fairly classic and well made Meursault. A great value I think for the price I paid and slightly punched above its weight. Med+ Acid, Butter and Hazelnuts as the Parisian somms like to say. But with a tinge of reduction and added complexity, certainly could have laid down a few more years.

Tasted over 3 hrs -translucent light-med gold -subtle nuttiness fresh lemon wet stone -med+ acidity, light/med- weight clean focused citrus minerality with a faintly nutty note that carries through to the tangy moderately long finish -this nicely marries a lighter crisp profile with some Meursault features, drinking very well now but still seems a little tightly wound

Tasting at Domain Yvon Clerget (Pommard, France): Barrel sample. A rich, rather tropical Meursault showing moderate oak and average concentration.
