Colour is somewhere between a Tavel and a Provence rosé. Rusty, dusty bouquet w. strawberries and beginning sous bois. Tannins are present and the acidity is retained. Somewhat full-bodied for a rosé with the alcohol slightly present but seems well-integrated. There is a campari-like bitterness to it and an orange vibe leaves a somewhat negroni-like character. Good finish. Goes to show that rosé wines can mature.
