Appearance: Bright and clear, the wine is of light lemon colour, with medium consistent bubbles and legs. Nose: Clean, with medium (+) intensity aromas of citrus fruit of lemon, green fruit of ripe apple and pear, floral notes of blossom, autolytic notes of brioche and lees, mineral notes of steel. The wine is developing. Palate: Dry with medium (+) acidity, the wine medium (-) alcohol, medium (-) body, with medium (+) intensity flavours of citrus fruit of lemon, green fruit of apple and pear, autolytic notes of yeast and brioche. The wine has a medium finish. Conclusion: Good quality Champagne with nice intensity on the nose, showing good complexity in the aromas. The wine is well-structured, with good acidity and concentrated in flavours, showing a nice balance of fruit and autolytic flavours, appealing and versatile for food pairing. The length is decent as well. It is ready to drink now and can further develop for another 2-3 years.

Nose of apple, citrus, melon when served slightly too chilled, and a bouquet of spring flowers, more of the same on the palate, medium body, smooth, touch simple, good QPR at $32, medium/long finish.

apples, quite unique flavour, moderately fresh, body is a bit watery, rather ripe fruit so it feels a bit on the sweeter side despite a dosage of 6g/L.
Quite interesting. Will revisit with some older bottling.

Base 2019. Bright citrus, some bitter gurd, brioche, classic dosage. Traditional but it works, 43% reserve wine.
