  Not a big fan of rose usually but this one is quite dry with light fruit notes and light acidity with a dry finish.

  Pinot Noir et Chardonnay
  12% d'alcool
  Bouchon dévissable.
  Oeil : très légère coloration, rose-saumoné qui rappelle la Provence, forte viscosité en parois
  Nez : projection d'intensité moyenne, petits fruits rouges (fraise) des champs, écorces d'orange, touche mentholée, touche herbacée, minéralité rappelant l'argile, fleurs blanches et jaunes, très invitant
  Bouche: sec, ample, acidité rafraîchissante, amertume moyenne+, légère prise minérale, persistance moyenne+, rétro cohérente et fraîche
  Conclusion : excellent! Beaucoup d'élégance ici, par pressurage direct assurément (le contraire nous étonnerait), possiblement le meilleur rosé québécois bu à ce jour en ce qui nous concerne. Bravo!
