Dark opaque ruby, vibrant appearance Aromatics out of the gate were black olive paste, dark cherry, fennel, chaparral, mint arising with air. Palate was consistent, lifting acid lending lift to mid palate and nicely outlining the palate. Oak appears mostly integrated, with medium length. Finely grained tannins. Some ethanol but not distracting. This has freshness and while drinking nicely I’d wait a few more years had I more on hand.

PNP. Raspberries, blackberry, youthful fruit. Chocolate, game and pepper round out the flavorful profile. Mellow tannins, medium acidity take you through to the long sweet plum finish. I enjoyed this. Good value for sub $30.

Opaque purple color with a "rasiny" nose. A very subtle introduction of dark fruit, but what is really noticeable is acid "spritziness" around the edges of the tongue. Some spiciness with suggestions of cinnamon, netmeg clove, but also a hint of orange, Fairly full-bodied, although, certainly not the biggest wine, Still some unresolved tannin.
