  Colour: pale straw
  Nose: lemon, lemon peel, lemon curd. Slightly under-ripe nectarine and peach. White flowers. Creamy but fresh.
  Palate: lemon, lemon peel, lemon curd. Slightly under-ripe nectarine. White flowers. Maybe some Aligoté-like savouriness. Maybe even tonic water. Crunchy phenolics, but also some creamy richness . Fresh citrusy acidity. Lively, fresh. Lovely with salmon. 13% alcohol.
