I paid around 10 euro for this after tasting it at the winery. It's an understated wine, as many are from this producer, and it's also prone to showing quite a bit of variation given its evolution. For example, a few times I tasted this, and my thoughts went to the Northern Rhone. Some other times I've tried this, and it came across as simple - good, but simple. This was my final bottle of 6, and due to my quarantine/lock down in Chianti for 37 days, I had few other alternatives but to drink them all as they were on hand. That said, I wish I had a few more that I'd let rest another 3-4 years and see if the wine had made a complete jump from primary fruit to more interesting secondary characteristics. 13,0% abv., recommended+
