  • Had this with Meal, Pavillon, Clos and Greffieux. If one would want to describe this wine I would choose Chinese ink as a descriptor. Serious but with generous fruit at the same time. Iron fist in a velvet glove would work perfect here. Lots of crushed rocks and blackberry/cassis and iron. Needs a good 20 years to hit its potential.

  • Parker 100 pointer blind tasting set. TN to follow. Deep Ruby. Expressive nose of animalic,,musky tones, garrigue, brett. Rich palate, alcoholic but there is acidity and structure. I was tossing between Northern and Southern Rhone. If this comes together it will be a winner but it is on the rich side. 95-97
