Dakota Shy (Saint Helena): Soft and approachable, with soft curves and an easygoing delivery of light and traditional SB flavors. Yellow citrus, quince, grass, and grey rock. A leisurely saunter of an attack, gliding across the palate and quickly ending in a mildly crisp but round finish. Not a lot of cut or acid to elevate the core fruit, but enough of a drive that didn’t totally fall apart. A “nice” if not “too nice” of a demeanor with this SB. 90 points. Drink now.
