Blackberry, dark berry, garrigue, lower level of tar and earth. Some alcohol on the nose. Aroma is very intense and inviting. Grenache: 41 %, Carignan: 27 %, Mourvèdre: 17 %, Syrah: 15 %. Fruit is framed nicely by the taniins and it has good acidity. A remarkable wine at $17 and a good candidate for tucking away since it has the stuffing to age well. Classic Languedoc flavors at a tremendously great price.
