  Needed an hour of air to reach balance. Nutty buttery aroma. Flavors of citrus and melon. Medium+ acidity, slightly tart finish. Very nice Oregon chard.

  Stony, light citrus, excellent.
  Easily confused with good white Burgundy.

  This was pretty fantastic at dinner at Joel Palmer House in Dundee, OR. To the richer, more luxurious profile, moderate reduction with vanilla bean, pears and cream, but balanced acids and great palate presence. Conceals its alcohol nicely. For fans of Aubert chardonnay, I think this would be a great entry into Oregon.
