Another solid bottle. Bright and juicy and tangy and dusty with lots of smoky, clove, tobacco and spice elements. Can't manage to hold onto this stuff in the summer because it's such a solid red wine for hot weather.

Really develops over the course of two days. Light ruby color. Lots of raspberries and tart red cherries, along with aromas of sour ale, roses and sweet spices. Bright and tangy and crisp with dusty tannins and tangy red fruits. I love the spiced black tea, tar, clove, tobacco and raspberry leaf elements in this wine. Fresh but complex, I'll hold off on my other bottle for a few years. 60% Pinot Noir, 30% Poulsard, 10% Trousseau.

A few French Biodynamic Wines: So much juicy cherry and raspberry on the nose, some roses and lavender. Juicy, bright, fresh, the cherry and red plum fruit is laced with green herbs and tar notes. Bought two bottles to revisit over the next few years. 60% Pinot Noir, 30% Poulsard, 10% Trousseau.

Pretty tasty until the finish, which is strangely bitter and tannic for the elegance the precedes it.
