At first blush I was a little disappointed as the colour was very light and pinotish. Bouquet was also somewhat subdued. However on the palate the flavours came through with strawberry and a hint of spice. Tannins subdued but still there. Interesting to see how it will develop.

Enjoyed with a charcuterie board, plum, strawberry and raspberry as well as floral flavours make this a lovely medium to light bodied drinking wine.

Barossa be consumed (Carriageworks, Redfern): Pretty, strawberry and red berry, a little spice. Jubey and pretty on the palate as well. Fruit driven, friendly. Nice.
