  I have no idea what goes into this wine or where it comes from, although it was bottled at Beychac et Caillau, which I believe is in Aquitaine. It has some Bordeaux-like elements: a fairly attractive nose, dark color, a fair amount of dark fruit, and a bit of the earthy terroir found in some in some country wines of the region. Soft, but very dry, and some hint of oak. Actually quite drinkable, even pleasant, but very simple and one-dimensional.
