Half. Mid ruby. Blackcurrant and graphite nose. Mellow, almost fully resolved tannins in a finely velvety package. Decent mid red fruit on the mid-palate carrying through to the finish with good acidity. A lovely drink, and really hitting its stride now in half bottle. ***1/2

Half. Gorgeous full ruby. Classic Pauillac nose, blackcurrant, blackcurrant leaf and a touch of freshly shaved pencil. Mid weight, good acidity, fruit starting to dry a little with the structural elements starting to transition from fruit/tannin to acidity led. Respectable without any fireworks. ***

Pas mal sur le tertiaire.
Un peu passé son prime. Terre, cuire et
feuilles. Tannins fondus et finale
courte sur des relents de champignons.
