  PNP into Zalto Burgundy glass (“Fruit” day): Pale copperish ruby to the eyes.
  
  Nose of slightly candied red cherry fruits, dried florals and grounded white peppers. Some slightly egg white like reduction notes upfront that blew off quickly. Pure nose.
  
  Highly mineral and medium high acidity on palate. Peppery finish.
  
  Serve in slightly higher temperature than normal is best.
  
  91-92 points.
