3 days in Niagara; 1/4/2019-1/6/2019: 14 g/l residual sugar. Peach, musk and lime. There is a phenolic element to the palate, with the sweetness held well in check by a good line of acidity. Good length, with a profile that makes this interesting to drink.

I can respect this wine but I don't appreciate it. There are many less expensive Rieslings in Ontario that I prefer.

This is a very well-made wine. Its structure holds up well with grilled pork chops, drunken shrimp and cajun catfish. Recommended.
